"a super show the Moody Blues would be proud of....a tribute to the Moodies in every sense of the word" The words of one reviewer of our Basingstoke gig last week-end (May 10th). For the full review by Kelvin Cheatle, please visit the Travelling Eternity Road Forum www.travellingeternityroad.yuku.com . Blue Onyx played to a packed house at Central Studio Basingstoke and, in a set lasting and hour and fifteen minutes, previewed part of the "On the Threshold of a Dream" album that they'll be performing in its entirety at their next gig.............which is Saturday June 21st at Maidenhead Town Hall. After a terrific evening last year at the Town Hall, Blue Onyx are hoping to raise the roof with their blend of acoustic and electric melodic rock. Tickets cost £10 each and are available from sarah.ward@rbwm.gov.uk . If you came last time, you'll not want to miss out ......and if you couldn't make it before, this is a golden opportunity to hear some of the greatest songs of the 60s and 70s played by the UK's only Moody Blues tribute band…so you’ll not want to miss that! Either way, we’ll see you there!
